I have a passion for human physiology and have learnt through personal experience that food and positive lifestyle choices are an excellent medicine, however as the latest science identifies, there is no such thing as one size fits all.

Through my own research and interests I specialise in building resilience with age, focusing on the gut-brain axis to enhance cognitive performance and mental wellbeing. My approach is team-based with the full collaboration of the client and other health professionals to give the best personalised protocol for optimum health.”
Venetia holds a Master of Science in Personalised Nutrition from the Middlesex University, a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiological Sciences from the University of Newcastle, a Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma from CNELM, and is a certified NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) practitioner. Venetia's training follows the approach of the functional medicine model to tailor dietary and lifestyle recommendations, using an evidence-based, personalised approach based on an individuals goals.
Venetia lives in London, although much of her clinic time is done online with individuals across the UK. Outside clinic, Venetia also works as a research assistant to Vanessa Kimbell at The Sourdough School.
