Mémé Watanabe BSc (Hons)
“Understanding a clients' health and nutritional status is a window into the complexity of the human body and the possibility to understand how small changes at root cause can have a domino like effect that can create positive change in health. I’m fascinated by the fast-developing technology and science that is revealing innovative ways to work on health and wellbeing. However, I firmly believe in using well-researched studies together with connecting with the client to understand their needs to provide the right recommendations.“
Mémé Watanabe has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Nutrition Science from the University of Middlesex, a Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma from CNELM, a Diploma in Health and Nutrition from Greenwich University and BCNH and is a certified NLP (neurolinguistic programming) practitioner. After years of self-study she left her work with humanitarian causes to pursue a career in nutrition.

"Mémé was fantastic - and I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting great nutritional support. I found her to be extremely thorough in her work and highly knowledgable. After my initial consultation I received a very well thought through plan which helped enormously. I was able to get my hormones more stable and my digestion has improved. I found that she left no stone unturned - she went through a lot of things in great detail. I feel like my life has got back on track - during the months that I was seeing her it felt like I was given great advice as well as having a personal coach guide me to better health." - Astra, founder of Skylab Studio, London
