Caroline Haigh MA (Hons)
A love of cooking, a passion for healthy ingredients, years of suffering from IBS and an inherent belief in the power of food inspired Caroline to broaden her knowledge and study for a Diploma in Applied Nutrition with the SANO School of Culinary Medicine. As a qualified nutritional chef and dietary educator Caroline provides bespoke one to one cooking classes and menu plans to support your personalised nutrition health programmes with Mémé or Viktoria.
Caroline also runs relaxed and informative cooking demos under the name of Everyday Healthy Cooking that take place in her kitchen in Wandsworth. These fun classes not only teach how to pack your diet with nourishing food but aim to inspire you with delicious and nutritious recipes and educate you as to why small permanent changes to your daily eating habits can be so beneficial for health.
Caroline strongly believes that good food is the very best medicine for nourishing our bodies, but she wants to prove that it can also be delicious, fun, easy to sustain and not break the purse strings. With all the conflicting messages about exactly what a healthy diet is, many people have become confused, bored with cooking and don’t really know where to start when creating nutritious meals. Caroline's aim is always to get people to fall in love with real food again, get people back into their kitchens, inspire them to cook from scratch with real ingredients, and show them how simple it is to make nutritious and tasty food that can be so beneficial for many health concerns.
